東京タワー🗼を見ながらの大会はテンションが上がりますよね😊
I thought all runners could enjoy the race running in the middle of the city 😊
Running while looking at Tokyo Tower 🗼 makes us excited 😊 🏃♂️🏃♀️
東京都鍼灸師会はコロナ禍になってから初めてランナーのケアブース「鍼ケアステーション」を開設しました。
私もスタッフとして参加しました。
Tokyo Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association opened a booth for runner’s care for the first time after the Covid-19.
I also participated as a staff member.
様々な感染防止対策を講じて活動しました。
換気のためにサーキュレーターを多数設置しました。
椅子と椅子の間隔を広くしました。
As an infection prevention measure,we installed many circulators and tried to ventilate.
We set the space between the chairs wide.
ランナーの皆さんには施術前にコロナに関する質問に答えていただき、検温にご協力いただきました。
オリパラや陸連で使っている質問票を参考にしました。
We made it referring to the questionnaire used at the Olympics, Paralympics and the Athletics Federation.
We asked all runners to answer questions about Covid-19 and to cooperate with the temperature measurement.

スタッフは2週間、体調をチェックして参加しました。
All we staff members participated after checking our health for two weeks.
グローブ、N95マスク、フェイスシールド、ゴーグルなどを着用して施術しました。
椅子、カゴ、テーブルなどを細めに消毒しながら活動しました。
We treated wearing glove N95 mask face shield or goggle.
We disinfected chairs, basket and table frequently.
感染防止第一で、“100人くらい施術できれば良しとしましょう”と、zoom ミーティングで話し合いました。
私たちは8月から何度もzoomミーティングをしました。
We discussed at zoom meeting that it would be OK if we could treat about 100 runners in order to prevent infection first.
We have had many zoom meetings since August.
皆さんのご協力のお陰で感染防止対策を施しながら、
200人以上のランナーの皆さんを施術できました😊
Thanks to everyone’s cooperation, we were able to treat more than 200 runners ‼️
1月29日の新宿シティハーフマラソンでも「鍼ケアステーション」を開設します。
参加されるランナーの皆さんのご利用をお待ちしております😊
We will also set up a booth for runner’s care at Shinjuku City Half Marathon on January 29th.
We are looking forward to seeing many runners who will participate in it😊
