I went cycling in the direction of Yokohama 🚴

It’s been 7months since I’ve ridden more than 50k on a bicycle.

On the way, I found the restaurant of a customer who used to go to my acupuncture clinic.

He used to run a restaurant in Mitsuzawa.
At that time, it’s easy to go to Toritsu-daigaku on the “Daisan Keihin, and so he often used my acupuncture clinic.

After that he moved his restaurant to “Shin-Sugita”.
It’s hard for him to go to Toritsu-daigaku.

I was happy to see him again today after a long absence.
I’m glad he’s doing well 😊

I was so hungry at the very end that I had beef rice bowl at Sukiya😅

50k以上乗ったのは7ヶ月ぶり

何十年ぶりかで港の見える丘公園へ行きました

途中で以前ご贔屓にしてくださっていた患者様のお店を見つけました

当時は三ツ沢でお店をやられていたので

第三京浜で都立大学まで

ピューっと来れました

今は新杉田に移られたので

都立大学までお見えになるのは難しくなりました

今日は再会できてとても嬉しかったです
