In late February, I had a pain in my left knee, so I went to see an orthopedics.
They took an X-ray and an MRI. They said it was a fracture. I stopped jogging.

In April and May, I had an X-ray, the doctor said the bones were stuck together.

And I started jogging again.
But when I jogged, my left knee hurt.

I jogged 12.7k in late July and the next day my left knee really hurt.

It hurt so much that I went to the orthopedics during my free time at work.

It had own MRI, so the doctor took X-ray and MRI right away.

I was diagnosed with osteonecrosis.
I was told that it was 7mm in size, and not severe yet.

Then I had the fluid my left knee drained 2times.
And by mid-September, I’m supposed to get 5 injections and I’ve just finished 3 times.

This is the first time in 30 years that I haven’t jogged for such a long time.

I feel much better now, but I feel uncomfortable when I walk.
But it hurts when I bend my left knee deeply.

I don’t know if I will be able to run again, but I will focus on my treatment for a while.

If I don’t get better enough to run, I’ll transform from a triathlete into a swimmer 😊

I hope I can somehow overcome this situation 😊
